Events and Traceability System

Overview

The ProductionInterne module features a comprehensive traceability system that automatically records all actions on your production orders.

Main Features

  • Automatic traceability: All important events are recorded
  • Dedicated tab: View history in the "Events" tab
  • Email notifications: Receive alerts based on your preferences
  • Manual events: Add your own notes and observations

Automatically Tracked Events

Production Order Lifecycle

  1. Creation: Recording creation with all details
  2. Validation: Traceability of validation and user
  3. Production: Each recording of produced quantity
  4. Modifications: Any order modification
  5. Closure: Recording closure with final quantities

Production Events

  • Adding quantities: Date, quantity, user, cumulative total
  • Modification: Quantity changes with history
  • Deletion: Traceability of line deletions

Usage

View History

  1. Open a production record
  2. Click on the "Events" tab
  3. View the complete timeline

Add a Manual Event

  1. In the Events tab, click "Add an action"
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Event type
    • Descriptive title
    • Detailed note
  3. Save

Filter and Search

  • Use date filters
  • Search by keywords
  • Export to PDF or Excel

Notification Configuration

Access Configuration

Admin → ProductionInterne → Notifications

Emails to Configure

  • Production email: For the production team
  • Manager email: For the production manager
  • Commercial email: For the sales department (optional)

Notification Types

  • Production order creation
  • Order validation
  • Production completed
  • Delay detected
  • Low stock
  • Capacity exceeded
